The Plot

Hundreds of years ago, humans discovered that they were not alone in the world. Those bedtime stories about mysterious vampire, horrifying werewolves, cunning fearies....they were all true. At first, there was an uproar and war ensued. In the end, there were only a few humans and mythical creatures left standing. A pact was struck that both sides would like in peace and build a place where Mythics and Mortals could live in peace among each other. This wasn't the medeival era. They built a City as a symbol of peace near the home of the Mythical Creatures, the Forbidden Forest. Leadership was divided, however. Mortals wanted control of the City and Mythics wanted control of the Forest. They shook on it. Do you see the problem? As years went by, there were some who opposed the Alliance, both Mortal and Mythic and it is a struggle to keep the peace. No one knows who can be trusted, but do you even trust your own kin?

MORTALS is a Human, fatasy dystopian roleplay. Choose to be a Mortal or Mythic for neither is innocent or pure.
